• Managing a team of 8 engineers across two time zones. Slowly getting better at async communication.
• Working through the Lego Technic Land Rover set in 30-minute evening sessions.
• Trying to finish a custom 60% keyboard build. The PCB arrived, finally.
• Re-reading sci-fi from the 90s. Snow Crash first, then Diamond Age.
