About

Engineering manager at a B2B SaaS company, where I spend my days thinking about team dynamics, architecture decisions, and how to make engineers slightly less miserable in meetings.

Somewhere along the way I also became a person who owns too many keyboards, has a shelf of unbuilt Lego sets, and considers "playing video games from 1985" a legitimate hobby.

This blog is where the two halves of that life — the management and the soldering iron — occasionally meet. Expect retro tech, mechanical keyboards, Lego, books, music, and the odd note on what it is actually like to herd engineers for a living.
